Chris Getz spoke from the General Manager Meetings and the tune has changed when it comes to what the White Sox could do this offseason. Multi-year free agent signings are again possible, with one name already being connected to the team. Luis Robert Jr is being pursued by other clubs and the budget is "fluid." We try to figure out what that means, and why a Major League Baseball team would have a "fluid" budget in "30 Minutes of Sox!"
